Each end of the cable includes a USB connector for keyboard and mouse, and a 15-pin VGA connector for the monitor. The cables are color-coded (PC99 standard) to ensure proper installation and correct connection . Special shielding with a ferrite core reduces electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), ensuring high-quality video transmission over the KVM switch connection .
